  • Recruit, manage, trains store staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales training materials .
  • Evaluates competition by visiting competing stores.
  • Gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise
  • Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels
  • Product promotions and campaigns knowledge demonstrated and used to promote our Brand and generate sales.
  • Awareness of current store/counter targets and store/counter performance.
  • Support  the store/counter management team in order to secure smooth operation of the store
